Dear Theta Phi Alphas,

I hope this message finds you well! I’d like to share information on the continued work of the Future of the Board of Trustees special committee appointed by the Grand Council. If you have not read my August 2025 and October 2025 blogs, I encourage you to read them before this blog, as they provide information about the reasons for the appointment of the special committee, previous work completed, and clarification of why elections for the Board of Trustees must occur at the 2026 Convention.

Dear Theta Phi Alphas,

How long have you known the friend you’ve had in your life the longest? I am fortunate to have friends in my life that I have known since I was 12! I’m even more fortunate that one of these friends went to college with me and became a member of Theta Phi Alpha. After college, we volunteered for the Fraternity and served together on the Grand Council from 1998-2001. This dear friend and sister is Wendy Stark Prey, Alpha Pi.

Fall has officially arrived in Nebraska! The temperatures are cooler, the humidity has dropped, and the leaves are just beginning to change. With a new academic year underway, our chapters are embracing the excitement of recruitment and welcoming new members.
