Senior Service Award Nominations

From Chapter/Emerging Chapter Advisors

The Senior Service Award CAB Nomination Form is due by November 30th. All Chapter/Emerging Chapter Advisors who have seniors apply for the Senior Service Award must complete this required Nomination Form in order for candidates to be considered by the Board of Trustees (even if you do not endorse any applicants). Chapter/Emerging Chapter Advisors with no applicants do not need to complete this form. This Nomination Form will identify up to two candidates the alumnae members of the Chapter/Emerging Chapter Advisory Board have voted to nominate to the Board of Trustees to consider for the Senior Service Award, or let the Board of Trustees know that the Chapter/Emerging Chapter Advisory Board has voted NOT to support any candidates.
