Guidelines
Photos and videos must be in compliance with Theta Phi Alpha’s Policy on use of Technology (See the National Handbook in the Member Portal of myThetaPhi).
Photos should be submitted at the highest resolution possible. Most cell phone cameras default to 72 dpi. Those photos can be submitted, but will likely be resized to get the best image resolution. Photos to be considered for the homepage slideshow must be 300 dpi or greater.
Landscape and portrait photos are welcome.
Theta Phi Alpha reserves the right to use all submitted photos in any print, electronic or other communication.
Submission of a photo/video does not guarantee publication of the photo/video. Please note that, in keeping with Theta Phi Alpha’s position, representations of hand signs will not be published.
