One of the most important Theta Phi Alpha traditions is celebrating Founders Day on or around April 30th each year. This ceremony honors the ten women who founded Theta Phi Alpha. Each chapter and association is required to celebrate Founders Day annually. The materials and documents needed to celebrate this ceremony are below.

As part of the Founders Day ceremony, each member is encouraged to make a gift to the Theta Phi Alpha Foundation. The suggested gift is in honor of each year of your membership. Your generosity during this time will allow the Theta Phi Alpha Foundation to continue to support the educational and philanthropic mission of Theta Phi Alpha Fraternity.
