Guided by Purpose: The Campaign for Theta Phi Alpha’s Future

For over a century, Theta Phi Alpha has been a guiding light. Help us ensure that future generations of sisters have access to the same transformative experiences that shaped us.

Honoring Our Past, Preparing for What’s Next

Rooted in our founding values of Justice, Friendship, and Truth, our membership has provided a vital foundation for personal growth and development since 1912. Today, we stand at a crossroads. This campaign is a call to action to invest deeply in the future of Theta Phi Alpha through education, leadership, technology, and sustainability.

Our Strategic Priorities

Symbolized by the compass, our vision focuses on four key areas to ensure every member can thrive.

  • North: Program Funding Expanding member development and leadership programs, such as the Leadership Catalyst, that shape confident, capable women of character.
  • South: Administrative Support Strengthening the essential infrastructure, systems, and staffing that uphold our organization’s daily work and transparency.
  • East: Endowment Growth Securing long-term financial stability and a permanent source of support for leadership development and scholarships.
  • West: Learning Management System Advancing our digital platform to ensure education is consistent, accessible, and empowering for every sister, anywhere in the world.

Your Gift In Action

Every contribution lights a spark that becomes leadership and lifelong connection.

  • Professional Success: Scholarship recipient Gitanjli McRoy used her Foundation support to launch a 30-year career as a Chief Engineer at Ford Motor Company, and now pays that investment forward as a donor.
  • Educational Excellence: Dr. Ayli Carrero Pinedo received Foundation scholarships that helped her overcome financial barriers to become a bilingual licensed psychologist.
  • Leadership Development: New Member Educator Abbie Stevens credits the Learning Management System (LMS) with providing the standardized framework necessary to successfully educate a class of 61 new members.
