The Senior Service Award Application is due to the National Office by November 1st. Please log into myThetaPhi and find the application in the Member Portal under “My Notifications.”
Please note that seniors who elect alumna status at any point in time before graduating are ineligible for the Senior Service Award. In some cases a sister who has chosen to elect special status may still be eligible to apply for the Senior Service Award. Please talk to your Chapter/Emerging Chapter Advisor or the National Office if this pertains to you.
