The DEIA committee has two openings for additional members to serve for a two-year term.

The DEIA Committee is dedicated to ensuring that Theta Phi Alpha is equitable in all areas. They are committed to empowering the voices of all to make sure the fraternity is in line with modern and upcoming social standards. We also want to be a place where any issues related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and access can be addressed, and solutions can be fostered positively.


Prospective Candidates:

Theta Phi Alpha is looking for a diverse candidate pool that includes varying levels of experience in Theta Phi Alpha at the local and national level, effective communication skills, conceptual and critical thinking skills, the ability to work with a group and independently, familiarity with google workspace and comfortable with electronic documents and worksheets, and among other things.
