The Director of Development oversees areas of fundraising, programming, and education for Theta Phi Alpha Foundation by serving as the lead with the following initiatives: Annual Appeal, Theta Phi Alpha Day of Giving, Sustaining Sister Program, and Thank You Program. (60%)
In conjunction with the Director of Collegians and Alumnae, the Director of Development will also work alongside these two positions to provide input on creation and updating of educational materials for chapters and associations. (30%)
Finally, this position keeps a pulse on any relevant analysis or trends of donors, fundraising, and/or recognition areas to ensure the Foundation continues good stewardship of donors, donations, and programming. (10%)
The ideal candidate for this position loves Theta Phi Alpha and its endeavors and has a background in project management, donor relations, or fundraising.
